Blue Screen with Stop Code: MEMORY MANAGEMENT

    I am getting this error when I am working on the computer.

    System info:
    Windows 10 Home
    Processor: Intel(R) Core i7-4770 CPU @3.40 GHz
    RAM - 16GB

    BLUE screen shows:
    Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. <Skipping other lines, not important>
    For more information about this issue and possible fixes, visit
    https:///www.windows.com/stopcode

    Stop code: MEMORY MANAGEMENT

    Did you try to run Disk Check? It might help:

    1. Navigate to Run & type "cmd".

    2. Type "chkdsk /f /r", and hit Enter on your keyboard.

    3. Simply, press 'Y' when asked.

    Do you get this memory management error a lot? If so, that might indicate a problem with your RAM.

    Complete agree with you @lunarlander, however, still it can be resolved somehow & you might not need to replace your RAM. Recently, came across this error & few guides worked like a charm for me such as this one. Obviously, it will be a temporary solution and the last option will be to replace your RAM.

    Only the last method 5 has anything to do with memory errors. Who has ever heard of doing a virus check for a memory error ?
