Today I was on the PC and AVG showed I had 4 issues, virus/trojans and I removed them. The instructions said I had to reboot the computer and I did.
When I returned to the PC I had a Blue Screen:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to tyour computer....

    Tech: info STOP 0x0000007b, 0xf789e528, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000

I tried powering it down by using the off button and restarting using the same method. I goes through the process and after the Dell screen and GoBack the screen blacks and gives me options to start in various modes.
Safe included. I have tried all of them and still get the same blue screen every time.

I do not have a the OS disk, recovery disk is there anything I can do to get me running in normal mode?

I was having issues with the computer running slow and the internet was really slow, so I suspected malware or spyware. After seeing the AVG notice of a trojan I assumed that that was some of the problem...grrr I guess I may have been wrong.

Any help would be appreciated in this matter.

    Thanks!
