I'm getting the following error message and have been EVERYWHERE looking for a solution:

Fatal Exception OE has occurred at 0028:c02807e8 in VxD VMM (06) + 000047e8.

The error happens the most when clicking on a favorites folder in I.E. If I have two instances of I.E. open I don't seem to get the errors. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

What version of IE are you using and have you applied all the updates and servie packs?

If not, I would suggest that.
If you have, I would suggest a repair install of IE (if you have first edition of Windows 98) this is in add remove programs.

If you have second edition, and are using a later version, then perhaps and upgrade to 6 will help.
