    Hi everyone.

I'm having a major issue connecting my Drevo Calibur keyboard via bluetooth.

It has been working for over a year, then suddenly I cannot connect it any more.

I have an Asus Z270l motherboard
    i5 7600k
    16gb ram
    Bluetooth mouse (working)
    Windows 10 pro 64bit

It appears to connect when I link it via USB micro
    Cant find it on bluetooth.

Ive reset the keyboard, updated it with it's latest driver ect.
Ive updated my motherboard with all of ASUS's latest drivers

I seem to have a new issue with device manager that says I have multiple issues with Other devices. One unknown relates to the motherboard it seems (ASMedia USB3.1 eXrensible Host Controller)
    and devices that show....
    :1.254
    :1.413
    1.502
    Bluetooth Peripheral Device
plus others that i think are to do with my mobile device connected (samsung note 9).

The keyboard appears connected but key presses do nothing on bluetooth.
When it has been connected via cable and the to bluetooth it shows Two keyboards. Calibur and 72M-RGB.

The keboard works fine with my mobile phone when connected to that.

Anybody have any ideas what the issue is?

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Right click on every device in Device Manager that shows under unknown devices and choose Update driver. See if that helps. Tell me which ones have a red X beside their icon.

doesnt seem to update when I get it to search the files.

    The items are

ASMedia USB3.1 eXtensible Host Controller > Unknown Device,

    SdlRouterService,

    :1.254

    :1.413

    :1.502

    Bluetooth Peripheral Device

    IcService_New

    SAP

    SAP

    SMS/MMS

The latest update fromt that site I downladed to my desktop. Then went to device manager, forund each item and tried to update drivers pointing to the drivers on desktop. (Browse my computer)

All said "Windows was unable to install your bluetooth/Unknown/SdlRouterService etc etc.... :(

We need the full error message. Your quote was missing out the reason portion, if any, for the failure.
