Hi
I have this problem with my laptop , please help me ,
I can transfer files via its bluetooth but when
I want to connect to my bluetooth headphones there is not any problem with paring but after pairing when I click on connect I always face this message : that did not work make sure your bluetooth device is still discoverable then try again. I have tried a lot of solutions but they didnot work (setting bluetooth support services on automatic mode , updating bluetooth driver , install & uninstalling the driver & ...)

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME , Thanks

Then you need to find out why bluetooth is not working at all on your computer.
You need to list the brand and exact model of computer so I can check the hardware and the correct bluetooth driver.
Is bluetooth showing in Device Manager as working correctly?

My laptop's model is : Lenovo thinkpad E531 & the Bluetooth hardware is broadcast or something like that and it's version is 4.
Do you think you can solve the problem ?

You didn't answer this
Is bluetooth showing in Device Manager as working correctly?
It comes with Windows 7 or 8? What OS are you running?
https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/thinkpad/e-series/e531/

I can't guess your hardware and select the correct driver until I know the OS running.
Bluetooth hardware is broadcast or something like that
Again, I need to know exactly what Device manager is showing.

Or, go here and click Start Scan

Or here and read about bluetooth problems

And still more bluetooth, including some videos

Did you try any of the links?

That's about all the help I can offer.
I only have one computer with Bluetooth and it is running Windows 7. I had no problem pairing 2 different keyboards and a speaker with it.
solved!! I just had to change my time zone... anyway thanks for your helping and spending time 😊😉
