I have got a bluetooth dongle which doesn't have any software with it. It supposed to run automatically after inserting. But Whenever I insert the dongle in I get this msg "usb device not recognized". I had windows xp. Now I installed windows 7 but got the same problem. It's driving me crazy. I requires no software cd with it. But it cannot find a driver. How to make it work. I have 4 ports. All are working fine.

    Sounds like a faulty device.

Easy enough to test by connecting the device to a different PC.
