What's the complete model number of that Toshiba Satellite L850 series laptop?

There will be a dash and additional characters after L850 that comprise the complete model number.

Example: L850-ST1234

There should be another number on it that possibly starts with PSK

Advise what that number is.

-------------------------------------------------------

Also advise if it's running Windows XP or Vista or 7 or 8/8.1, 32-bit or 64-bit.

-------------------------------------------------------

Do you live in the U.K. or another country?

I provided a link to that laptop in post #4.

It says it came with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, but I wanted to make sure you aren't using a different Windows version.

---------------------------------------------------------

If you go here and then navigate to

Notebook
Satellite
Satellite L Series
L850
PSKDGE
Windows 7 - 64 Bit
----- All -----
United Kingdom
English

and then click "Search", it will bring up the list of Windows 7 64-bit drivers for the devices in your laptop.

There are 5 Bluetooth items. 4 of the items are from 2013 and one is from 2014. If you updated to the OS independent 2014 Bluetooth stack, roll back the driver to the 24/9/2013 that is specifically for Win 7.
