After installing software for a web cam my system went to hell. Never got the cam to work and each time I try to reboot I get a pop-up saying not able to read memory at a certain address. If I disregard the popup I will start getting messages from Dr.Watson when anything tries to load that it can't load and needs to close...All I want to do is restore the system back to the original setup. I have a Dell 3000 with Windows XP. If anyone can tell me the steps to dump the hard drive and reinstall Windows XP I would be very thankful.
