Haven't been able to find a solution for this OneNote problem. Tried to repair with FixWin10, Tweaking.com-Windows Repair, Ultimate Windows Tweaker, and Settings:Update & Security: Troubleshoot:Troubleshooter.
Any suggestions, links, etc would be greatly appreciated!

Remove email ASAP. Never post online. Is office activated correctly? Have you tried repairing your office version?

I've removed your email address. As stated, it's never a good idea to post your email address in public view as it will be harvested by spammers and could be used for other purposes as well.

The error number "0x80070426" refers to Microsoft Security Essentials, did this machine get upgrade to 10 and had MSE installed at the time?

If so go to https://appuals.com/essentials-error-0x80070426-windows-10/[/QUOTE

My solution: I uninstalled OneNote from my machine. Then I re-installed OneNote from Microsoft. So far so good!
