I keep getting the following fake alerts every few seconds (click to see it better)

It also changed my Internet Explorer homepage, and added Security Toolbar 7.1. I have been able to supress the toolbar, and most of the attempted internet connections, but I can't get rid of the alerts. It is starting to block me from doing anything, such as scanning for spyware or even restarting my computer. When it does actually let me do something it takes forever.

Please help. Here is HijackThis log.

Now I have lost access to Control Panel, Task Manager, and almost every other application and drive. If I try to do anything I hear an alert sound, then my computer freezes up for a minute, and nothing happens.

I finally got my computer to reboot, and I ran VundoFix (version 6.5.0.10). It could not remove the ljjkjig.dll file, even after it rebooted three times. I ran Smitfraudfix in Safe Mode, and selected clean. Here is the log file

I just rebooted again, with my wireless adapter turned off, and my computer seems to be running fairly smoothly. I know though, that as soon as I turn the wireless adapter on everything will come back like it has done before.

Thanks in advance for your help, as I have seen several similar problems posted here that have been solved.

Here is my current HijackThis log file
