Whenever I try to look at my bookmarks the ASK JEEVES page appears. I've contacted ASK JEEVES about correcting this with no results. I've tried to get rid of ASK JEEVES in the usual manner of deleting programs, but it sticks to my computer like glue. How do I get rid of it?

have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling netscape or mozilla or Opera? All 3 have bookmarks.

Mozilla 0.9.7 rocks, but you might have to do a simple trick to get the java to work.

    Netscape 6.2.1 works great too.

Uninstalling may leave certain perference files in the netscape directory that might cause ask jeeves to still pop up even after you reinstall.

So you might want to uninstall and delete the directory before reinstalling.
