I just received a new job, my first as a help desk/support technician, and I have to confess I'm a little daunted. Although I've been prepping for the A+ cert, I've got two weeks to do some very intensive studying. Can anyone recommend a solid book on supporting 2000 and XP in networks? I think I'm looking for a quick reference type of text, something to refer to fast when I'm stuck and looking like an idiot in front of the clients.

    Thanks in advance.
