I switched to boostmobile in late 2012. Figured it was a good deal. Features I needed came at a lower price and they offered to lower my bill with consistent on-time payments.

    1) First month auto-payment did not work. It appears that it might have been on the part of the card issuer.
So even thought I called the bank and explicitly told them to authorize future automatic-charges, I changed the card I was using.

So I did not get my shrinkage count.

    2) The Shrinkage program, if I am understanding it, states that all payments will be counted. I was on time last month. In fact they took the money that was credited in advance to the account. So how could I be late? Especially when it was weeks in advance and their own log [my account activity] says I am right? Not to mention my credit card statements.

So I do not get my shrinkage count.

    3) O and at this moment I still have advance payment on the account. I was charge for a text message even though I am paying for unlimited text-messaging?

So they charged me $0.10 for absolutely no reason. Hmm, I have enough money to cover my bill in full and they scalped $0.10.

    Under the "GENERAL TERMS:"
"Text to 3rd parties for content and promotions may result in additional fees."

I never sent a text message for promotions or 3rd party content. So why was I charged? It makes no sense.

So yes, I have contact boostmobile about these issues. If that does not work I will have to contest the charges.

Yes I have been periodically printing the data every way I can. Thank you .xps (something Microsoft got half right in windows 7) and thank you .pdf printing apps. A

I paid my bill on time. I have standing credit via advance payment of my bill.

More lies. More games. More crap.

Anybody else go though something like this with them or anything else?
