I just installed Windows Vista on my MacBook. Is it possible to make my Windows partition bigger without rebooting the whole thing?

Not with Bootcamp, maybe with a 3rd party partitioning tool.

Using Bootcamp, you would have to remove the Windows partition, and create a new partition.

I don't know if it will work with Mac, but I've always liked GParted when using it with Linux.

GParted should work fine, but you should have a backup just in case.

GParted is platform agnostic because it acts as on operating system, starting before OS X does.
