Your log shows you actually have this Dell Inspiron 5567 and not a Dell N5040.
It was purchased in December 2016 and came with Windows 10 Home 64-bit and came with a 1 TB(931 GB) SATA3 hard disk drive.
It appears to now have a different hard disk drive or solid state drive.
Is that correct?

What boot devices are you referring to that you say are disabled?
How were you able to submit your log if you can't boot your laptop?

I was a bit confused, so thanks for clarifying that.

What is the exact 7-character "service tag" number on the Dell N5040?
Does it still have all of its original hardware, or has any of it been replaced or upgraded?
What devices are you referring to that are disabled?
The more detailed and specific you are, the quicker and easier it'll be to try to help you.
