Boot errors

Won't boot after loading bios(if it gets that far) power stays on but monitor shuts down. If I let it sit bout a hour or so it'll boot up run bout a hour and power shuts down. Been trying to install win10 but won't stay running long enough to load it. Hope you all can help

Sounds like it's not completing POST. Which would indicate a hardware fault. If it shuts down on it's own, that would also indicate a hardware fault. Shutdowns are typically the power supply, motherboard, or a heat issue. But as it's also having startup issues, it's likely not a heat issue.

Open it up and reseat (ie: disconnect and reconnect / remove and reinstall) all cards and cables.

New mb/processor, and ram I had them installed at a local computer shop and they found nothing wrong with the hardware. Ran the system32 check and ran no problems just goes poof now when it feels like it
