So far i cant see a pattern to it, but randomly my comp freezes, crashes and then restarts. After it restarts the primary master hd isnt detected and a boot failure is caused. To git it working again i have to keep switching it on and off until it finds the primary hd.

I have checked the cables and reseated them and used different ones, but it still happens,

    Can anyone help?

    Hi whitestar:)

IMO, it looks like you HD is on the turn.

i would download hd diagnostics from the manufacturer and check.

Also start thinking about backing up your data(just in case).

    Hope this helps:)
