The Lenovo came with Windows 10. Explain how Ubuntu shows in the Booot Menu. That is probably what created the problem.

No it didn't come with windows 10.
In the boot menu I see
1. Ubuntu
2. Windows boot manager
3.eMMC card: Ramaxel 64Gb

According to that serial number:
You have THIS Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 1-14AST-05 Machine Type 81VS Model 0001US laptop.
It appears it was purchased in the U.S. on January 1, 2020 and is under warranty until December 31, 2020.
It appears it did not come with a Windows operating system.

Is all of the above information correct?

I think the Nova button only works if the laptop comes with Windows installed.

Was Ubuntu on it from new or did you install it yourself ?
