I dropped my Lenovo Thinkpad and the hard drive and cd thing came out. I out them back in. The computer won't go to the desktop. Instead it goes to a black page with white text and another page with a boot menu and an application menu. It says to chick esc to exit but it keeps going To the same page. I don't know what to do.

It sounds like you might have broken the hard drive.
What does the white text say?
    Can you post a picture?

That means that it has not found the drive to boot from. If you are lucky, it has come loose. If you are not, then you will need a new hard drive. I hope you have a backup.

What is the model of your Thinkpad?

Depending on the drive, it may be dead because it's a mechanical drive.
