I just found this site and I am in need of assistance. About 3 days ago, I could not access my files due to a virus or a glitch to the Windows OS 7 system. I got 2 POVs from 2 computer techies and both agreed that it was a virus and not Microsoft Updates fault(although my gut feeling tells me it is!)

Both techies agreed that I should download the xxxxx Boot CD to alleviate this issue and to follow the Password application to do so. Can you give me step by step info on how to do this rather than the techno jargon the xxxxx site has explained to layman's term? I thank you in advance.:eek:

Howdy and welcome. Just to be clear, what's the issue again?

We do not allow the use of that particular boot CD as it still has copyright issues.

    thanks,

That doesn't sound like anything involving a password. Please be more specific, or as valis said "what's the issue again?".
