Usually my boot up time from turning on to desktop is like 30 seconds, now it's almost 60 seconds. Its the point of between the windows logo with the moving loading bar to the Windows Xp blue screen that has the lengthened time.It just suddenly happened. Any clue?

Your computer has too many programs loading during startup and running in the background that don't need to be doing so. That in itself will lengthen startup time and impede overall performance.
