:rolleyes: Hello ,I am newish to the net and i have recently discovered the yahoo chat rooms but I am having difficulty understanding how people boot each other and how to avoid this happening to me especially when the entire room gets booted..If anyone could shed some light on this problem for me , i would be grateful. Also can anyone tell me about the cheeta prog that some people use to enter chat. Thank you guys

Getting booted of the chatrooms may depend on your connection. Are you dial-up or are you on a continous line (eg, modem, DSL, broadband)?
From what I have just looked at, its not IRC. So, that would mean its web based. Okay, as to being kicked off, sometimes it can be the moderators watching who steps outa line. Again, connection. If you are with an ISP that can switch your connection off, that can cause you to be kicked off.
