Arlight, I got a computer that I'm trying to fix...Well, first I was introduced to an interesting enigma, which was quickly solved. That was correlating to a Gamecube disc jammed into the A drive...not smart. Anyways, I got that out of the computer, and i tried to turn the computer on, but it won't load. The Hard Drive making a clicking sound, and I've assured that all the cables are attached, but the clicking continues. It won't load at all, and I've checked the BIOS and there's nothing odd. Since it wont load the hard drive, it's been going to the floppy drive asking for a bootable, so that means it won't load the HD, but it is connected... If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Clicking noises and hard drives are usually not good combinations. Go to your hard drive manufacturer web site and download the testing utility for your hard drive. It should fit on a floppy.
