Been building my own computers for a while but this one has me stumped. I belong to Netflix, and received a DVD movie to watch tonight. I place the DVD in player and nothing happens. I place it in the other player (I have two dvd drives E: & F:): and nothing happens on that one either. I pull up Windows 7 explorer, and it shows both dvd drives listed. I use diskmgmt to look at the drives and it sees them both, but says that there is no media in either drive. I had installed known good media dvd's in both drives but it is not being seen by either. My common sense says that both drives have quit at the same time, but then I've never seen two dvd optical drives quit at the same time. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do before i order two new dvd drives? Thanks for reading and assisting.
