I'm using Win XP, IE 7.

For many, but not all, videos, I am unable to either start them, or, sometimes, to complete them. One consistent site is MSN - if I click on a video, I get the ad in its entirety (!), then thrown right out of both the video and the whole MSN site.

This has been going on for years in various ways, on various sites. It happened when I used broadband (& I checked & corrected the speed, which helped a little) & now with Comcast highspeed.

I never know if I am going to be able to access a video, & I never know why I can see some w/o problems, and can't see others at all.
