I need a list of any and all possible causes of XP shutting down automatically.

VERY IMPORTANT: It gives the shutdown screen before completely turning off. It acts just as if you went to start and shut it down manually. Only it happens without pushing any keys or mouse movements. Settings are saved and all.

It happens at any time. No particular program is running. And it is very random. It could be under CPU load or none.
There is no BSOD and no error code. The system and error logs have nothing out of the ordinary.

All the usual has been ruled out. IE: spyware, viri, power supply, drivers(?), etc....

I just need some more ideas as to what could be causing this.

    Thanks.
