Brand new HP Pavilion G116 all in one

    Just bought a new HP Pavilion G116 all in one, was working fine yesterday, today it won't turn on, no power, no light, nothing. Any advice out there.

    Apart from checking its plugged in OK
    That the Mains socket is working , try a different device in the socket
    The plug is switched on
    and the Power plug is pushed firmly into the All-in-1

    Not much else you can do

    You appear to actually have a HP Pavilion 23-g116 All-In-One Desktop PC.

    It was introduced in June 2014 and sells in the United States and comes with Windows 8.1 64-bit.

    If it's brand new, it should have a 1-year warranty on it.

    Return it to where you bought it.
