Here is the official support site for Brave on importing/exporting bookmarks. You would want to export the file as a HTML file, then copy the file to the new computer to import it.
Since this is Chromium based, and most common broswers (FireFox and Chrome to name a few) have a sync function where you can sync your bookmarks and settings across different machines, I checked and Brave have the sync version.
Here is the information: https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021218111-How-do-I-set-up-Sync-
This would be more helpful than you export each time you get more bookmarks or have to log into a different computer. (not recommended on shared computers, like a library unless you have your own logon)
