Broken laptop screen, monitor, uninstalled drivers

My laptop screen was smashed but the laptop still works.

So I started using a monitor attached to it with an HDMI cable.

I was facing problems with my display driver because it would cause some games to just crash.

Looked up fixes and found one that said to uninstall the drivers. I uninstalled my AMD and Intel display drivers.

Now the monitor won't display anything :(

Is there a way to fix this? I'm now basically working blind.

Is that different from having the screen repaired?

I bought a monitor because in the Philippines, having the screen fixed costs 10k php which is around 216 dollars. And I don't have that kind of money :(
There are some few video help tutorials on youtube on how to remove the laptop screen and how to replace it. Once you removed the old screen you can just check the model number on ebay or any other place until you find the one which meets your budget and you can replace it and save a few php's.

I meant does the external monitor show the Post stuff.

You could replace the screen yourself if you are good with your hands.
Will need the full model details to help further, should be on a label underneath.
