browser closing and changing

    i use moxilla firefox as my main browser, and whenever i open a browser, that message popup keep poping up saying there is an error and i have to send it or don't send it. my page keep changing also. i ran spybot and then HJT, but it still didn't remove it. please help me. thanks

    Close any open windows and have hijack FIX the following

    Also your Internet Explorer is not up to date to do that you have to visit windows updates and download any outstanding updates ......


    I cannot see any firewall or anti-virus software on your computer,and you really should have them...can you confirm ?

    i tried to fix the 3 things up there, but it always come back when i run HJT again. I still haven't install any firewall/virus scan yet. i'm no longer using windows explorer, do i still need to update it?
