Browser HiJack

    HI ------Adaware finds this one occasionally. Picked it up from a site I no longer visit. It's not successful in hijacking my browser but shows up in the taskbar. Is there a way to block Media46.fastclick?

    If you have uninstalled a program and want to get rid of those annoying notification area icons go here:

    Scroll down to #53,click on it and when the download box opens,click open

    This will also get rid of all icons in there that are no longer associated with anything

    another possiabulity is spy bot-search and destroy, and lava soft's ad ware 6.0 both are free and the spy bot one comes with a internet explorer plug in that block ad ware downloades, its the best spy ware remover i've ever used...
