My IE has been locking up lately after surfing for awhile. It doesn't seem to happen on any certain page or after any certain time online, but it is fine for awhile and then just stops when trynig to access a new page. I am running IE 6.0.2 with a cable modem on my XP. I have Cox security suite for virus protection and have run it's spyware search as well as spybot and adaware with no hits. I have tried deleting the cache and temp files as well. Here is my HJT log:

After posting I noticed a few odd entries. Are these OK?

deleted above w/ no effects. Could flash animations cause my IE to lock up like that? My connection is still good when this happens. I have been able to use an old netscape browser while IE is locked. IE is not able to load a page until I reboot. Does anyone know what IE could be resetting after a reboot?

Did you ever solve the problem with slow IE time. I have the same thing since I started using Cox security.
