    Print out these instructions.
Please download the following detection/removal apps:

    LSPFix | download

    Spybot Search & Destroy

    Adaware SE

    WinsockXPFix

    Install SpybotSD
Cancel out of the guide (prompts to backup registry, install updates, scan, etc)
In the main SpybotSD window, click "search for updates" and download all detection/program updates.
Close SpybotSD for now, without running the scan.

    Install Adaware
In the main adaware window, click "check for updates now" (just above the "Start" button).
Install all detection updates, but don't run the scan.
    Close Adaware.

    Important:
Close all browser/email/explorer windows and disconnect from the internet

    Run LSPFix first

Move all instances of winlspak.dll and calsp.dll ONLY from the "Keep" pane to the "Remove" pane.
Checkmark "I know what I'm doing"
Click the "Finish" button (bottom right corner)

    Run HJT scan again

Checkmark the following entries and click "Fix checked"

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [xzydkwgzgh] C:\WINDOWS\System32\sjhgxqny.exe

    O16 - DPF: {D18B7EC3-EECA-11D3-8E71-0000E82C6C0D} - http://www.slotchbar.com/ist/softwares/remove/ist_remove.cab

    Now run SpybotSD
Click "Immunize" button in the left pane.
Click "+ Immunize" at the top.
Checkmark "enable permanent blocking..." under "Permanently running bad download blocker"
Click "Search & Destroy" button in left pane
Click "Check for problems" at the top
    Let the scan run
Checkmark all results it finds and click "Fix selected problems"

    Run Adaware scan next.
    Click the "Start" button
Uncheck "search for negligible risk entries"
    Checkmark "perform full system scan"
    Click "Next"
    Let the scan run
    Checkmark all results it finds
    Click "Next"

If they still exist, locate and delete the following:
(you may need to go to: Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab, and checkmark "show hidden files", and uncheck "hide extensions for known filetypes")

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\sjhgxqny.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\winlspak.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\calsp.dll

Reboot and post a new HJT log.

If you have any problems connecting, run WinsockXPFix.
