I am unable to access / browse secure sites. I have spoken to tech support with AT&T / SBC (Dominique in the Phillipines, the only tech person working yesterday I found out after being on hold for one hour and ten minutes  ). I was told that I should take my computer "on Radio Shack" where something could be loaded to computer and this would correct problem. I have Windows XP Professional. I believe that I use Microsoft Internet Explorer to browse the web. Please, if anyone can advise as to the next step I should take so that I may access secure sites ie. banking info, groupwise mail, college transcripts etc. I am a dork when it comes to this kind of stuff, however, I am learning some of the technical lingo slowly and through experience.
