BSOD Crit_obj_termination 0x000000f4

    Hi I turned off my computer yesterday and this morning it won't boot.
    it gets past starting windows and then Blue screen.
    I have had problems before so I'll attach the recent 2 BSOD's.
    I have Bluescreen View and it says it is 0x000000f4
    It shows it is caused by driver ntkrnlpa.exe
    and address ntkrnlpa.exe+cdabf
    It also shows
    RapportCerberus32_43926.sys
    RapportPG.sys
    hal.dll
    I tried to uninstall rapport in safe mode(computer is only useable in this) but it says windows installer service could not be accesesd.
