I would really appreciate some help diagnosing my PC. I have been regularly getting BSOD and haven't been able to determine the exact cause.

It started a week ago and I thought it was due to a RAID-0 i had made from some old hdds. I removed them, and continued to get the errors.I had a hand-me-down gpu, so I ordered an xfx r580xxx 8gb card and installed that. It installed properly but did'nt solve my BSOD problems. Eventually Windows would attempt repair at boot and fail, rebooting every time I attempted to log on. I ran memtest 86 and it reported no issues with my RAM. I reformatted Windows multiple times and even added a new nvme drive and installed windows on that. I would get the BSOD even during the windows install.(from usb) At this point I can get into a full updated windows install and I managed to get all my drivers in order, but I still manage to get the BSOD "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" any time I start thinking its working well. I've also recently gotten SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.

Here are my specs per the system info utility:
Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.9

One error appears to be a networking issue, so try updating the network drivers.

The last one appears to be regarding the hard drive. Try running SFC /scannow in an administrative Command Prompt window.

I went into safe mode because my I was having trouble logging in to Windows and ran SFC /scannow, and I got the message:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.

I also updated my network driver using Device Manager. I assumed that since I updated my network driver before using my gigabyte software, it would be up to date. Apparently I was wrong! Thank you for the advice. Let's see if my PC wants to be nice now....

(y) worse case is that the hard drive (or maybe the mobo) is the issue and it needs to be replaced, but again, that's our worse case scenario.

Well, it seemed ok, but I was on youtube, and got another BSOD. System_Service_Exception.
I replaced my NVME drive that I'm loading Windows off of. I hope its not my motherboard, I just got it in July when the x570s were first released and haven't done anything too heavy with this PC.
I don't know if this is an issue at all, but I did notice my paging file is currently allocated at 2944Mb, when my RAM is 16 Gb. maybe I should make a larger paging file?

I would suggest keeping it so Windows automatically controls the paging size.

Do you by chance have the full error of the BSOD?

According to Dell: "The error "Stop 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", usually occurs at Windows Startup. It is most often associated with either a bad driver or with faulty or incompatible hardware or software. "

One of troubleshooting steps would be to do a memory test. Memtest86 is the most common one. Also make sure you can get the latest drivers for the BIOS/firmware, and chipset.

Hopefully this quote works:
What did you use to test the memory on your pc?

Test one stick of ram at a time with memtest86
https://www.memtest86.com/downloads/memtest86-4.3.7-iso.zip
There is a free version.
Download the ISO file then burn to a DVD
Start the Pc using the DVD and run the memory test for at least 8 passes.
It is best to run a full scan on individual Ram sticks if you can.
Or run the test but if any errors are shown - then remove all sticks of Ram - test each Ram stick one at a time and test them in different slots.

Guide to using Memtest86+

In addition to all the above suggestions.

Post the Minidump files.
Create a new folder on the desktop and call it dumpfiles [or something similar]
Look in c:\windows\minidump
Copy the last 4 minidump files to that folder.
Close the folder and right click on it and select Send To Compressed [zipped] Folder.
Windows will compress the file and then save the new zipped file in the same location.
Attach the zip folder by using the 'Upload a File' button.

I see two items you might want to check;
1 Your ram needs 1.35 vdimm or ram voltage. Most likely your board defaults to 1.2V. You can use xmp in the bios to set speed/voltage however I prefer to set these manually [IMO] xmp does not work that well for AMDs it works fine on the intel side. Up to you which way you want to set the voltage.
2 There are numerous bios updates that address memory compatibility and pci-e compatibility. If you decide to update the bios, be sure you read and fully understand the flashing procedure. The only way I ever update a bios on a gigabyte board is by using Qflash which is a utility built into the bios. If you do update the bios, I would use bios F11. The latest one listed appears to be a beta bios. Here is a link to the support page for your board;
https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/X570-AORUS-ELITE-rev-10/support#support-dl-driver

One last thing. If you have a samsung nvme M.2 drive, samsung has it's own driver available on the support site. Most other nvme drive mfg just use the default windows driver.

It looks like your board has bios flashback or as gigabyte calls it Qflash plus [each board maker has a different name for the same thing] This makes the bios update a little safer since IF you mess something up doing the regular bios update, you can still update the bios without booting the system. In fact no need for a cpu or ram to even be installed.
This procedure is somewhat more complicated than a regular bios flash so IF you have to use it, be sure you read everything about how it works.

Only one file showed up when i looked in the minidump folder, but i uploaded it.

In regards to the ram voltage, I know how to do that in the BIOS with the xmp settings, but you say doing it manually is better? I'll try to figure that out.

I had the BIOs updated to f12a, but I did notice that that was a beta so I already rolled back to f11 and it did lower the frequency of BSODs...

My m.2 drives are Adata and Western Digital blue, Adata being the one with my OS installed on it.

Thanks again for your help everyone.

XMP works better now than when the first ryzen boards were released 3yr ago. I just prefer manually settings in the bios. Sometimes [not always] xmp will have timings too tight. It will set speed and voltage pretty well [at least now]

There are no file/s in the zip file.
