BSOD memory dumps

    Almost every time I play Half life 2 (online or solo) I sometmes get a BSOD that says it's performing a physical memory dump and tells me to restart. I wrote down the numbers:

    ***STOP: 0x0000008E (0xc0000005, 0xE2D63C87, 0XAE783AC0, 0X00000000

    I heard something about a microsoft database that might have the answer. I goolgled it but didn't find anything. Anyone know what's what?

    ATi Mobility Radeon 9000 igp 128mb buffer. Not the best, I know. I've searched microsoft, toshiba and ATi for updates and haven't found any updates.
