    Hello!

I consider myself a computer literate individual. I have 2 user accounts on my computer and Administrator account (the one I am forced to use now) and a Limited account (with Guest rights). I use the Limited account for all my web browsing and day to day computer usage. The other day I downloaded a program. When I ran it my computer froze. I powered it down and restarted only to be greeted by a BSOD. I used an offline registry editor in the recovery console to disable auto login so that I can now login as the Administrator account. I have run several different virus scans (Avast!, Malwarebytes, Skybot). No viral activity is found.

The BSOD error code was 0x8E . I have no installed any drivers as of recent. I ran the built-in RAM test provided by my computer's BIOS diagnostic and passed with flying colors.

System restore says it can not start because of a "volume lable mismatch". I haven't edited any partions recently so that does make any sense. I tried manually accessing the backed up hives in the "System Volume Information" folder, only to find there were none there.

I can't figure out why the system only BSOD's when I login to that account. I am including SysInfo and a HijackThis log. Let me know if you need any other information.

    Please help! Thanks!
