BSOD upon restart with "locale ID 1033" pls help!!

    Hello, I have a Toshiba Satellite P775-S7100 (laptop) running windows 7. It is about 1 yr old. a few months after I got it I would get a blue screen after a restart or just a regular power on after a previous shut down. I have ignored it for awhile but it is becoming more frequent (especially after my kids play online games or use this site called Woozworld where there is a chat and interactive avatar playing. I copied the latest BSOD which was a few minutes ago, any help would be greatly appreciated!! I have been reading and studying a bit about it but I don't feel certain that I have enough specific info to make any changes... Here is the windows screen info when I got back in:
