BSOD Win32k.sys

    I just install Ulead Video Studio for my DV camera and when I try to create DVD,after some time get this error

    Win32k.sys PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

    Zip Some Of The Recent Minidumps And Attach them Here

    1.Run Chkdsk /f /r to detect and repair disk errors
    2.Update Your Nvidia Video Card Drivers .. Also Update Other Drivers.. Run Windows Update !

    Sorry, I had too many work to do, but now I´m here and updating drivers does not solve my problem. 2 more bsod, but cross my mind- last year I had several bsod-reason was new instaled card reader.This time
    reason is 2 moduls RAM. Recently upgraded but obviously killing each other.I pull 1 out and my comp work
    like baby. Sorry for my bad English and big T H A N K S devil_himself
