Did you already try to remove it and these are leftovers? A couple options.

    1. Reinstall the program and then it should be able to be removed with Revo Uninstaller or through control panel

    2. We can use autoruns to remove all the entries.

i installed and re-uninstalled using revo, but error msg popped up again; same culprit.

i dont understand "2. We can use autoruns to remove all the entries."

what to do now plz? i think its sneaked into the processes or something, maybe thats why couldnt completely remove?

    Ok then perform the following

    Download Autoruns to your Desktop
    1. Extract the Autoruns Zip file contents to a folder.
    2. Right-click the Autoruns.exe and Select Run As Administrator
    3. Make sure Hide Microsoft Entries is Checked Under the Options Menu
    4. After Scanning is Finished
    5. Go to File then Save
    6. Save AutoRuns.am file to your Desktop
    7. Compress to a .zip file
    8. Upload file to your next reply

That is good to hear. I do not see any services now with the Lavasoft now. Did you remove it somehow?
