About three hours ago I was browsing the internet and all of the sudden a BSOD appears and has the error code: : 0x00000044 (0xfffffa8005aa9230, 0x0000000000000eae, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). Can anyone please tell me what went on? I called three different places and two of which tell me this isn't too serious and one of which said it had to do with my antivirus. But as I cannot open my minidump log and take a look at it myself i'm not sure what exactly the problem is. I just need reasurance this isn't too serious of an issue. I've tried looking at my minidump folder myself but it won't let me so i zipped and attached it. Can anyone PLEASE tell me what happened? It only happened ONCE but I am a freak and scared of it happening again. I noticed though, once it rebooted back up after the blue screen my antivirus said it was turned off so I then updated it and had to restart and it's back on and working again, could this of been the issue like the guy at HP said?

That BSOD is normally related to driver issues.

Access the manufacturer's website and download the latest video card drivers.

If your machine has integrated graphics, just go to the site of the manufacturer of your computer.
