    Hi,

I bought an Acer Aspire 5536 laptop just under a year ago, ive only just wanted to use webcam and noticed that it continuously freezes.
The problem isnt just on msn, but when i open up Crystal Eye Webcam from the Start button, it doesnt work in there either. Taking a picture is fine, but as soon as i start the video it freezes after a couple of seconds.

ive tried to update the driver, but it says that i have the best driver.

I'd really appreciate if you can help..

    Thanks

Do you have any problems with any other video on the PC?

I would try uninstalling the driver for it and restarting the PC to start with.
