burn process failed..help

everything was working fine..using same disc's that worked fine before...i don't know what is causing this...here's my log and sysinfo if anyone can point me in the right direction

Is the burn speed set to AUTO or did you select the speed? It looks like it was manually selected...in which case try reducing the speed.

In any case, the error that I see: (KEY_MEDIUM_ERROR)

Typically indicates a media issue, but is sometimes the result of a faulty drive.

I recommend testing using a quality media. For SL DVD, use Verbatim or Taio Yuden. For DL DVD, use Verbatim.

After you confirm it works with quality media, you can then test with other media to see what works on your hardware.
