Burning error Please help

lol neva been in this forum for long time anyways i need help

i get this error when i try burning data or audio..

Writing Error (3) Error occure writing data to disk . Comminucation with drive unit failed (1003) Error Sense Data : 4 ASC : 8 ASCQ : 3

i use Blaze Media pro and Alcohol 120% and nero... i uninstalled all annd used 1 yet dotn work then i tried the other and same error. pelase help
