Ok, i will ask a question and hope someone will answer it...

You know that busy light that is located next to the on light in the front of the computer case?
Well, up until several months ago it started to be on constantly, never turns off. Yeah thats the problem whats making it do that?
I checked the cpu usage in task manager and it seems normal always about 1-2%.

    How do i fix it?

Probably hard drive light indicating something going on. My first concern is always virus and spyware. Better run some online scans here:

Do you hear the hard drive continuously working? Does the LED flicker at all?
I did a new build a couple of years ago which, from startup showed a continuous full-on drive activity LED. Same in two different cases. The particular retailer from whom I got it is not renowned for accepting that stuff he sells can possibly be faulty  , but he replaced the motherboard within five minutes of my returning it.
