Hi there, I have a Packard bell laptop, on the front of it is a button with an Envelope picture above this. When I press it it launch's outlook express, all very good, none of this double click stuff.

The only thing is Outlook express is not my default email system, I've recently downloaded incredimail and now use this.

Is it possible to set up my laptop so when I press the button it launch's Incredimail instead of outlook?

I've set Incredimail as my default, but that hasn't changed a thing..

    Thanks in advance

    Mark

Have you tried Start>Settings>Control Panel>Keyboard to see if Packard Bell put any provisions there for reassigning the key to another mail client?

Is there a Packard Bell icon on the desktop or in Start/Programs? Most proprietary systems have their software – if nothing else with specific help info.
