I'm really interested in buying a new laptop. I hate Windows Vista very much, so I would like it to have Windows XP on it. I can't seem to find any sites where I can customize laptops to have Windows XP on them though. So, could anyone provide me some links to customizable laptops that have an option to come with Windows XP instead of Windows Vista?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi and Welcome to TSG,
Where in the world are you? That'll affect where/who you buy from and who here at TSG can point you in the right direction.

Hi, and welcome to TSG. I, too, am no fan of Vista. A little over a year ago I purchased an Inspiron 1501 laptop from Dell. They are a bit pricey at that time compared to some others available, but I've been quite pleased with the machines performance. Also the prices have come down somewhat since then. Dell still offers the option to have XP installed. Click here to check it out.
