No, you just need a router if you do not already have one. The cable modem will connect to the router and the router will share the internet to the two or more computers.
If you go with a wired connection then you don't need anything else then the router as any new computer has integrated Ethernet. Well I guess you'd need a cable long enough to go from the router to the second computer. If you want to go wireless, and you only need to go wireless for one of the computers and you can go wired like you are now for the other computer, then you'd need a wireless card like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833127080
