With Intel atom cpu 2nd gen

In good condition with good battery

Can it do the job(software above for translation transcription ) / can it run windows 10

Regardless of which Intel Atom processor the one you're looking at has, it supports only 2 GB of DDR3-800/1066 RAM.
Since it already has 2 GB, there is no option for you to add more.

It was designed for Windows 7 Starter and Windows 7 Home Basic 32-bit.
As old and as slow as it is, I doubt that it will run Windows 10 Home 32-bit.

It will do okay for basic functions, such as browsing and e-mail.
It will struggle or bog down if you try to use it for system-hungry and graphic-hungry functions.

It will probably run the software but it will be very slow, I would look for something faster, Intel Atom Cpus are best avoided.

I don't use the software and apps that you mentioned, so I can't comment on them.

You should consider buying a quality refurbished laptop which comes with Windows 10 and which has better and faster hardware.
There are plenty of them out there in the $300 - $500 price range.

Thank you very much for your help first I got to tell that I'm a very old PC gamer I began with windows 3.1 and I have a aging but good gaming rig (gtx 1070/i7 /16gb RAM)
Thé The fact is that right now I need somthing like a chrome book I saw it could handle office and would do the job for very rare portativity situation or lie in bed (I'm sick somtimes and need somthing I could type with ) " I'm a transcriber working full time so I need that extra portativity the thing is I can't afford anything right now and this s110 is very cheap 93.33$ so I think I'm gonna buy it don't worry i'm not gonna play crisis 4 UHD on it :p do you think even for browsing it's still trashy?

With only 2GB of RAM in Windows 7, browsing will be slow.

I've got a Samsung NP-NC10 Netbook with an Atom N270 dual-core 1.60GHz Cpu and 2GB of ram and it's quicker with Windows 7 than 10 so maybe you should use 7. It's still quite slow though, even using 7.

You may want to look at this laptop. It is much better and not too expensive at all and will work much better than the one you want.
